libjpgalleg4-dev software package provides development files for the JPG loading addon for Allegro 4, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libjpgalleg4-dev
libjpgalleg4-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libjpgalleg4-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libjpgalleg4-dev *
